Refund Policy

This returns policy applies to online and direct sales via gorillacarts.com.au or gorillamade.com If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

For Change of Mind, Received Incorrect Item, Ordered Incorrect Item, or Damaged in Transit orders, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it (excluding items damaged in transit). It must also be returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase may be requested by our Customer Service team if not already provided in the File Upload field in the return form below.

Once we receive your return submission, our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible to advise the outcome. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) after the product has been returned to our warehouse.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If your return requires you to send the item back to our warehouse, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
